The Call is open to composers of any age and nationality.
Each composer can participate with one or more scores for the following categories:
1: Composition for a Solo instrument (any)
2: Composition for Chamber Music (from duos to sextets)
3: Composition for Orchestra (max organic (2fl, 2cl, 2ob, 2fg, 2trbe, 4cr, 3trbn, 1tuba, 2perc, strings, piano), min organic string orch)
The maximum duration is 15 minutes. (No minimum limit)
The compositions may have already been played.
AWARDS
First prize: performance of the composition in the chamber music concert season and the “OFM – ORCHESTRA FILARMONICA DEL MEDITERRANEO” season 2023
Second prize: certificate
Third prize: certificate
Each composer can participate by sending one or more compositions. For the first score the registration fee (as a contribution to expenses) is 20 euros. For each further score 10 euros will have to be added.
